SIV (a part of COTA/National Seniors) has a wide range of information on subjects of interest and concern to seniors. They have an extensive database on accommodation resources and publish directories of Resident-Funded Retirement Villages and Independent Living Units. SIV is also a conduit for many government publications, e.g. Taking Control (recent information on changes to regulations about Enduring Power of Attorney and Guardianship), the Older Drivers' Handbook and Guide to Services for Senior Victorians.
