Course Description Belly dancing develops your ability to move gracefully and thereby increase your tone and flow, physically as well as mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is a very feminine form of dance and is lots of fun to share with others. Elfie is an experienced dance and yoga teacher who is enthusiastic about the benefits of belly dancing for older women.
Prerequisites Average level of fitness for age; sense of rhythm; love of music and dancing
Course Materials Students to wear comfortable clothing, eg leggings, soft skirt, leotard, loose trousers
