Group Leader for Australian Poetry
Michael Fox, Oxford Hons MA in Lit. has been a literature buff for 60 years. He has taught literature at school certificate and higher school certificate levels in schools in England, Tanzania and Libya. His particular interests have been British and American 19th and 20th centuries novels and also 20th century American poetry.
He has produced readings for the Melbourne Shakespeare Society - Cymbeline in 2011 and Measure for Measure in 2010 - and also for St. Paul’s Cathedral - Milton’s Paradise Lost in 2009 and 17th and 20th century religion poetry in 2010 and 2011.
Last year in 2011 he led a short course in Australian Poetry 1940-2011.
